Frequently asked questions
What prior knowledge do I need?
None. Everything you need to know, you learn in the programme, from the basics to putting it into practice.
What devices do I need?
A device with internet access: laptop, tablet or smartphone. No additional software.
How does the purchase work?
Soon directly through the carfoil.ch shop. After payment, your access is activated automatically, and the book and tool set are dispatched.
What if I do not finish within the 6 months?
Your account and your learning progress are kept. Get in touch with us and we will discuss an extension.
Do I get a certificate?
No. The certificate is part of the Fulltime training, after the practice days on site.
In which language?
Online course and textbook are in German; English video versions are being added continuously.
Can I return the programme?
No. The online course is fully open as soon as payment is received, and the book and tool set are dispatched straight away. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
